OPEX Coaching exists because sustainable improvement doesn't come from outside consultants, it comes from capability built inside the business. After decades leading and deploying Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence across industrial, automotive, aerospace and utility businesses, we saw the same pattern everywhere: every system had strengths, every system had weaknesses, and none of them delivered lasting results without a shift in how leaders and teams thought about problems, people, and performance.
